Slate Outlook

Happy Friday everyone! Friday’s make me happy…just saying. Anywho we have a small slate for today likely due to the majority of the team’s “Aces” taking the mound but we do have some solid options. Two pitchers come in with a 7.0 rating and both are rostered in under 6% of leagues!

Today’s Streamer (Under 30% rostered)

We had a bit of a hard time deciding between two pitchers but we are going to roll with Braxton Garrett. Garrett had a really nice start in his last outing before the break and his breaking pitch is just flat-out amazing. His 20% K-BB% and 3.26 SIERA in his last three starts are fantastic and taking on the Pirates who struggle against left-handed pitching makes this even better.

Our backup option for today (the other pitcher I was trying to decide with) is Spencer Howard. He takes on the terrible Athletics offense and while Howard has two really solid breaking balls his floor is still kind of low.

Deep League Streamer (Under 15% rostered)

Braxton Garrett.

Shallow League Streamer (Under 50% rostered)

Braxton Garrett but if you want to take a shot Patrick Corbin is a bit interesting as he takes on the Diamondbacks.

Future Picks

Saturday 7/23: Taylor Hearn @ OAK

Sunday 7/24: Mitch Keller vs MIA
