Slate Outlook

Today is a much better day than yesterday when we had basically zero options. Today’s slate gives us twelve total options with two of them grabbing a 7.0 rating and six of them with a rating of 6.6 or higher. In other words, it’s a good day to stream ya’ll!

Today’s Streamer (Under 30% rostered)

We actually switched up our pick here. On Sunday I put down Ross Stripling but I recently changed it to Keegan Thompson. Keegan Thompson takes on the Reds at home, if this was on the road I would be a bit concerned. But the Reds aren’t nearly as good on the road and in the last seven days, they do have a measly 84 wRC+. As for Thompson, he has shown flashes of being a solid starter and I consider him a solid streamer option. In his last three starts, he has an impressive 18.2 K-BB% and 3.91 SIERA.

If you took Ross Stripling I am still behind that pick as well. Stripling has a 3.51 SIERA in his last three starts and has been pitching very well. Unfortunately, he runs into a hot Boston Red Sox offense so something has to give here.

Deep League Streamer (Under 15% rostered)

As for deep leagues, we have to change our pick and scroll down to Devin Smeltzer against the Cleveland Indians. The Indians have been just okay offensively but continue to have a relatively low line drive rate. I think this will fare well for Smeltzer since he is decent at inducing weak contact.

Shallow League Streamer (Under 50% rostered)

Keegan Thompson works here.
