Slate Outlook

Do not stream today. I repeat do not stream today. There are no good options for today they are all pretty terrible unless you want to take a blind shot on a decent skill-set facing a top offense. With that said if you don’t need to stream today just move on to tomorrow.

Today’s Streamer (Under 30% rostered)

So I felt like we had three to four real choices for today and I am going to just run through all of them right here. Drew Smyly takes on the Pittsburgh Pirates (almost typed Steelers for some reason) and while he isn’t anything special he does have an 11.8 K-BB% and 3.76 SIERA in his last three starts. Not great but not bad either. Just a decent matchup even though the Pirates can be tough. Next, you have Dane Dunning who has certainly flashed upside and been pitching well lately but faces off against the Angels. They are a force to be reckoned with and this will be a tough one. Moving on, you have Mitch Keller who also has been super mediocre but he takes on the Cubs who have been struggling to hit anything with a low wRC+ in the last seven days. Lastly, you have Nick Pivetta who is finally taking strides as he has a 23.9 K-BB% in his last three starts but he takes on the Astros. The Astros are flat out the hottest offense in the league right now. Originally I was going to roll with Smyly but I will take a shot on Dunning and hope it works out.
