Michael Lorenzen worked out well for us against the Guardians as he pitched through six innings without letting up a run! The strikeouts weren’t really there but I do think lorenzen is a quality pitcher and one who can be used in the right matchups.

Today’s Streamer (Under 30% rostered)

We are going to invest in two starters for today, two who have pretty decent underlying numbers so far. The first pitcher is Mitch Keller who is taking on the Milwaukee Brewers. The Brewers haven’t exactly been hit with an 87 wRC+ in the last seven days. They also have a decently high 24.9 K% against right-handed pitchers. Keller’s control was much better in his last start and if he continues to settle in he could really perform.

The second pitcher is Zach Eflin. I know the numbers don’t look fantastic but in his last start, he did generate a bunch of whiffs. He takes on the Rockies at home, an offense that has always struggled when on the road. They also have a low line drive rate in the last week meaning they aren’t generating a lot of good contact.

If both of those pitchers are taken I would take a shot on Chris Paddack as he takes on the Detroit Tigers. The Tigers are generally better against left-handed pitching and are prone to striking out a bunch.

Deep League Streamer (Under 15% rostered)

Zach Eflin and Mitch Keller both still apply here.

Shallow League Streamer (Under 50% rostered)

The best shallow option would be Tony Gonsolin against Arizona. He was finally allowed to go over four innings and it should be that way moving forward. The Diamondbacks have actually heated up a bit but it is definitely a mirage. Start Gonsolin with confidence.
