We were ready to roll with Brad Keller yesterday but the rain out pushed things back and we got a bit flustered in the morning. It basically left us with no good options for the day with Cole Irvin against the Rays, Josh Fleming against the Athletics, and Dane Dunning against the Angels. So at the time I went with who I thought was facing the worse offense and that was Josh Fleming. It wasn’t great ratios wise but at least he got you six strikeouts! Always remember, streaming is hard. Especially at the beginning of the season.

Today’s Streamer (Under 30% rostered)

After two days of horrible choices, we finally arrive at a day with plenty of good options. Our pick for today will be not just one but two pitchers! Two pitchers who I have talked about a good amount recently. The first one is Zach Eflin as he draws a matchup against the Miami Marlins. In Eflin’s first start he pitched four scoreless innings with three strikeouts. He should have a longer leash and the strikeouts should rise with the free-swinging Marlins.

Our second pick for today is Kyle Wright. Wright caught the eyes of many when we saw his pitch mix change and increase in velocity in his first start. In his first start, Wright pitched six innings allowing no earned runs with six strikeouts. He accumulated a decent amount of whiffs and looked in control of the game. He now draws a matchup with the San Diego Padres, a lineup that is extremely top-heavy.

Some other options include Nick Pivetta against Minnesota, Brad Keller against Detroit, and Tony Gonsolin against Cincinatti. If you want upside I would be going with Pivetta for the possible strikeouts. If you want high floor and ratios, Brad Keller is the one to roll with. If you want somewhere in between Tony Gonsolin is your man.

If you want to go for gold, although I doubt he is out there, MacKenzie Gore is making his major league debut today!

Deep League Streamer (Under 15% rostered)

Zach Eflin and Kyle Wright are both under 15% rostered!

Shallow League Streamer (Under 50% rostered)

Zach Eflin and Kyle Wright once again.
